The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and always available to assist with any accommodation needs we had. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary accessories to ensure a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the delightful breakfast offered at the hotel. During our stay, the pool and jacuzzi added an extra level of enjoyment, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. We also appreciated the ample parking spaces available, which made it convenient for us to park our vehicle without any hassle. Lastly, the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, allowing us to wake up refreshed and ready for the day. Overall, our experience at the hotel was highly satisfying, thanks to the friendly staff, well-appointed room, delicious breakfast, enjoyable pool and jacuzzi facilities, ample parking, and comfortable beds. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a pleasant and convenient stay.

the pool and jacuzzi were really nice. check in and out was easy. the complimentary breakfast was delicious. it was close to LEGOLAND. every staff member that I encountered was 10 stars! The man who checked us in , Chris maybe, went above and beyond for my son and accommodated our request to put balloons in our room before arrival! He also arranged for a special treat at breakfast as well. The staff worked diligently to make sure all the food was stocked during breakfast and you never felt like you were just getting what was left, it all stayed fresh and hot.

We chose this property for its value, close proximity to Legoland, free parking, and included breakfast. What we did not expect was the over-the-top service we received from the staff-Manager Chris, Michael, Susan… to name a few. They were so kind to our children, providing them with crayons, paper, and even printing out coloring pages for them! They hooked us up with chilled water, tried to bus our breakfast tables, and were constantly keeping the place super clean. Speaking of the breakfast, this was by far the best one of its kind I’ve ever experienced. They had a huge rotating spread of hot and cold selections that was constantly being cleaned and refilled. Waffles with all the fixings, eggs, biscuits and gravy, breakfast meats, and all the other continental breakfast items you’d hope for. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything was in working order. My whole family was really, really impressed with the hotel and couldn’t believe the value. This will absolutely be our exclusive Legoland hotel from now on.

This hotel is in a great, central location. You're less than 10 minutes from the I-5 and Legoland, outlets, gas stations, and shopping (Costco, Starbucks, food options, stores, etc.) You're also very close to the Palomar Airport (as aviation fans, this was a plus but the noise might be a negative for someone else.)

the staff were very friendly and attentive. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived and checkin was easy. breakfast was continental everything else besides the eggs were good. coffee was hot and everything was readily stocked and available. the room was organized and stocked with all of the necessary items.
